These terms govern your use of zevytech.com. They do not govern any engagement you commission from ZEVY Tech — engagement-specific terms are agreed under a Master Services Agreement signed with the firm.
2. Site content
Content on this site is provided for general information. Claims about the firm (such as 'partner-led on every engagement' or capacity figures) are operating commitments meant to inform a scoping conversation, not standalone contractual representations. Any commercial commitment is made only in a signed engagement contract.
3. Attribution
Where this site refers to '40+ enterprise programs across founders’ careers' or comparable phrases, the work being referenced was delivered by founding partners during prior employment. These are firm-team experience claims, not claims on behalf of the new firm’s independent track record.
4. Ventures and case studies
The ventures listed on this site (such as Sumyatra, Recamp, Gennii, IPO Seva, Preeti Beauty, Korrupt, Salon CRM) are founder-built ventures. Engineering details described in their case studies are accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the publication date.
5. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, and copy on this site are owned by ZEVY Tech or used with permission. You may quote short excerpts for editorial or commentary purposes with attribution.
6. Inquiry submissions
By submitting a form or booking a call, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to share it, and that you understand we will use it to respond to you as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. No warranty on site content
The site is provided 'as is'. We make no warranty that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or current. Material is for information only and is not professional advice on its own.
8. Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
