ZEVY Tech is a technology consultancy registered in India. For any privacy-related question, contact partners@zevytech.com. This policy explains how we handle personal data submitted through this site.
2. What we collect
When you use our contact form or book a discovery call, we collect: your name, email address, company name, and the details you share in the message field. If you book a calendar slot, our calendar provider may collect additional booking metadata. We do not run advertising tracking on this site.
3. Why we collect it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site uses essential cookies required for the site to function. Analytics cookies are loaded only after explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies for this domain in your browser.
5. Legal basis (India DPDP Act 2023)
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, we process the information you submit on the basis of your consent (by submitting the form or booking a call). You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.
6. How we retain it
We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up on the engagement conversation. If no engagement results, we delete identifying information within 24 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing partners@zevytech.com.
7. Who else sees it
Your inquiry data is read by the founding partners and may be processed by our service providers (email infrastructure, calendar tool, transactional services) under data processing agreements. These providers operate under the same restriction: information is used only to respond to your inquiry.
8. Cross-border transfers
Some service providers may be located outside India. Where applicable, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards consistent with the DPDP Act 2023 and other applicable law.
9. Your rights
You may at any time: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, ask us to delete your information, or withdraw your consent. Email partners@zevytech.com with your request.
10. Grievance
If you have a privacy grievance, write to partners@zevytech.com with the subject line 'Privacy grievance'. We will acknowledge within 7 calendar days and respond within 30 calendar days.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as the firm’s operations evolve. Material changes will be reflected with an updated 'Last updated' date below.
