For the first phase of the firm, hiring happens through direct relationships with senior engineers, product leaders, and AI specialists the founders have worked with before. We aren’t accepting open applications.
Why network-only
Our delivery model depends on senior accountability on every engagement. The quickest way to break that is to staff against a job board. So we don’t. The founders only bring people in whose work they have personally seen.

We will open broader hiring once the firm has the senior bench to mentor the next cohort to the standard we deliver to. Until then, this page will stay exactly as it is.
